Fun atmosphere. We sat on the patio and enjoyed conversing with Joplin-she was an excellent server! We had the chicken and waffles with the maple bacon add on and the brunch fries! Oh! My! Lanta! Soooo good! Don't miss this stop!
Holy heck! I’ve had a number of chicken waffles in my life Black Bart’s Brunch’s chicken waffles was by far one of the best I’ve had. Staff were also extremely friendly and attentive! A must stop on your way through Pagosa Springs.
This food is absolutely amazing. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffle, a banana-nutella waffle, a breakfast bowl, and some drinks. The waffle had such a beautiful crunch and wonderful flavor. The Nashville hot chicken and waffle might be my new favorite breakfast item. Bart was absolutely amazing. He kept asking us for feedback on the food, and he took the time to explain how his business started. You can tell he genuinely cares about his business and customers. Highly recommend!
Wow! Absolutely delicious menu. You might wait a little while, but it'll be worth it. Everything we had was awesome and came out pretty fast also. The coffee was good, I also had a Vietnamese coffee. I love all the natural light, lots of windows. There are no mirrors in the bathrooms, but it's no biggie. I came back to try the Spicy Chai, and it was also spot on. I would've taken more photos of our food, but my family inhaled it. Note: Some hooks in the bathrooms would be really helpful. 5lbs Command Strip hooks work great.
Best place to eat in town! We discovered it the last day of our trip and regret it wasn’t visited sooner... Bloody Mary is fresh and spicy. The best GF chicken and waffle, go with the Nashville Hot.
This is the best pizza place in Pagosa! Bart, the owner of the restaurant, always made sure that we were taken care of. My cousin has had allergies his entire life, and Bart and the chef for the night made sure that his food was safe to eat and still tasted amazing. If you get the chance, stop here and try their tasty food, and great drinks!
I intentionally planned to eat here on my way out of Pagosa, since they are only open Thursday to Monday. I had a waffle egg and bacon sandwich and it was amazing! It was the perfect blend of sweet and savory with a kick of spicy garlic aioli sauce. I had to take the banana Nutella churro waffle and it definitely hit the sweet spot. Service was great and atmosphere was fun. They even have board games available to play. Definitely a must stop when you’re in Pagosa.
